Senior BIM Engineer – Aquatic Design Studio

About the role

WSP Middle East is looking for an experienced Senior BIM Engineer to support the digital delivery of its newly launched Aquatic Design Studio across the Middle East. Based in Amman, you will coordinate model production, ensure quality standards, and work closely with creative, engineering, and project management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the daily BIM point of contact for clients, coordinating model exchanges and leading BIM workshops.
• Manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ISO 19650 information‑management documents throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead development of Revit models for architecture, MEP, and specialist aquatic and spa equipment.
• Create and maintain custom Revit families, templates, and CAD libraries.
• Develop detailed design and installation models for water features, pools, and spa cabins, including plant rooms and specialist equipment.
• Conduct regular clash detection reviews, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with specialist consultants to integrate their models into the coordinated BIM environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in BIM coordination and leadership on large‑scale design projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and BIM Execution Plans.
• Hands‑on expertise with aquatic and wellness design elements (pools, spas, water features).
• Ability to work autonomously while supporting multidisciplinary teams.
