Senior Business Analyst

About the role

The Senior Business Analyst will join PATRON Technologies in Amman, Jordan, working full‑time on‑site to drive digital transformation initiatives for public and private sector clients. The role focuses on gathering and documenting business requirements, analysing current processes and shaping functional specifications that guide solution design and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture business needs.
• Develop process maps, use cases and functional specifications.
• Validate proposed solutions against documented requirements.
• Support testing activities and user‑acceptance testing.
• Produce clear documentation, reports and presentations for decision‑makers.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering and operations teams to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Strong analytical background with proven experience in digital transformation or enterprise software projects.
• Experience working in government or large‑enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field; advanced degree or certifications (CBAP, PMI‑PBA) a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency highly beneficial.
