Senior Business Development Executive (Jordan)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to lead partner onboarding, relationship management and market expansion initiatives in Jordan. The role will focus on acquiring new exchange houses, banks and financial institutions, and driving transaction volumes through strategic collaborations.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding activities for new partners, including documentation, due diligence coordination and go‑live support.
• Conduct regular partner visits to strengthen relationships and increase transaction volumes.
• Identify new business opportunities, remittance corridors and strategic partnerships.
• Negotiate commercial terms and support agreement execution with prospective partners.
• Assist with regulatory documentation and compliance coordination.
• Monitor partner transaction trends, resolve operational issues and ensure branding consistency.
• Collect competitor pricing, commission structures and market intelligence.
• Coordinate funding, settlement and API integration activities with finance, treasury and product teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare activity reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 6 years experience in banking, exchange house or FinTech, with at least 4 years in business development or relationship management.
• Based in Jordan.
• Strong negotiation and partner relationship management skills.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the cross‑border payments industry.
• Understanding of exchange house operations and correspondent banking.
• Familiarity with AML/CFT and sanctions requirements.
