Senior Contract Manager

About the role

As a Senior Contract Manager at SITA, you will own the end‑to‑end management of contracts and key customer relationships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and growth targets. You will work across pre‑sales and post‑sales phases, applying best‑practice contract management processes to support complex, international deals.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main contractual interface with internal and external customers, preparing and approving contract documents and supporting legal review.
• Lead contract management throughout the contract lifecycle, including risk identification, breach monitoring, billing coordination and change negotiations.
• Support bid teams during pre‑sales to ensure compliance with contractual terms and to assess contractual risk.
• Guide project and account teams in post‑sales to resolve contractual issues, manage invoicing and maintain up‑to‑date contract documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading contract negotiation and execution in a telecommunications or IT environment, preferably international.
• Strong ability to explain legal concepts and protect organisational contractual interests.
• Extensive experience in contract review, risk assessment and managing complex contracts.
• Professional competencies such as accuracy, commercial acumen, risk management and cross‑team integration.
