Senior Copywriter – Marketing Team

About the role

As a Creative Copywriter within the Faces Marketing team, you will craft copy that reflects the brand’s voice for daily tasks and major campaigns. You will deliver key messaging across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with broader brand and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Marketing team to produce content that matches the editorial voice and brand positioning while supporting business goals.
• Conceptualize and write campaign messaging frameworks and executional copy for e‑commerce pages, digital assets, OOH, visual merchandising, CRM and other channels.
• Produce clear, high‑quality, compelling copy native to each medium.
• Work with the creative team to develop campaign concepts.
• Create content for new product launches, promotions, beauty advice, trends and related topics.
• Monitor industry trends and propose fresh concepts to keep the brand competitive.
• Help customers understand brand value propositions, addressing pain points.
• Edit and proofread copy as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic for copy creation.
• Creative thinker who can approach problems differently.
• Strong storytelling ability with a passion for brand narratives.
• Capable of taking projects from concept to completion, balancing big‑picture vision with detail orientation.
• Able to weave factual information into engaging copy.
• Skilled at multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Comfortable navigating fast‑paced, collaborative environments.
• Detail‑ and deadline‑driven.
• Works well independently while also taking direction when required.
