Senior Corporate Operations Executive

About the role

The Senior Corporate Operations Executive will lead the optimisation of cash handling, outbound and inbound processes across our network. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance, drive continuous improvement, and deliver customised services that meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Support and monitor express operations to maintain efficient workflow.
• Create process maps for partner and agent networks, defining clear SLAs and KPIs.
• Design end‑to‑end shipment cycles with new agents and deliver system training during onboarding.
• Oversee inbound and outbound operations in line with standard procedures and quality standards.
• Review and automate operational dashboards, coordinating with the global Business Intelligence team.
• Conduct rate studies, negotiate pricing, and develop new revenue‑generating products and services.
• Provide data‑driven insights, identify billing pain points, and perform cost‑simulation profitability analyses.
• Apply statistical and root‑cause analysis to pinpoint shipment cycle issues and implement corrective action plans.
• Draft and maintain SOPs that govern the entire shipment lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Business Analysis, or Operations.
• Strong critical and strategic thinking with proven problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders.
• Technical writing experience and capability to map and integrate events.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and eager to learn.
