Senior Corporate Operations Executive

About the role

The Senior Corporate Operations Executive will lead the optimisation of cash handling, outbound and inbound processes across the network. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure compliance, drive incident management, and design customised services that meet customer expectations while fostering continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support and monitor express operations to maintain efficient workflow.
• Map processes for partners and agents, defining SLAs and KPIs.
• Design end‑to‑end shipment cycles for new agents and deliver system training.
• Oversee inbound and outbound operations in line with quality standards.
• Automate dashboards and periodic reports in collaboration with the global BIE team.
• Conduct rate studies, negotiate pricing, and develop new revenue‑generating products.
• Provide data‑driven insights, identify billing pain points, and address revenue leakages.
• Apply statistical and root‑cause analysis to pinpoint shipment cycle issues and implement corrective actions.
• Create SOPs that govern the entire shipment lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Business Analysis, or Operations.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Capacity to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy.
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated and eager to learn.
