Senior Crew, RO Restaurant Support

About the role

The Senior Crew (SC) supports the Restaurant Management Team by ensuring stock levels meet food safety and inventory standards, controlling production flow, and safeguarding cash during each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Management Team in maintaining stock levels and ensuring compliance with food safety and inventory standards.
• Act as production controller, regulating food production flow according to product transition times during the shift.
• Serve as fund custodian, managing cash accuracy and adhering to cash control standards.
• Coordinate with the Team Leader to achieve expected outcomes from the 3P provider.
• Collect and segregate scrap items, report lapses and wastage to the Assistant Kitchen Lead (AKL), and manage material replenishment requests.
• Receive stocks from AKL, implement FIFO procedures, and turn over scrap items for safekeeping.
• Maintain station cleanliness, prepare, cook, and assemble products in assigned stations (stir‑fry or backup).
• Prepare and ready all materials, equipment, tools, and utilities for stations, and escalate equipment issues to the PQM when necessary.
