Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

INGOT is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our cloud‑native infrastructure. You will work across IT Operations, Application Delivery, Development, and Data Warehousing to ensure seamless automation and integration aligned with our DevOps methodology.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and GitOps practices with ArgoCD.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Manage and optimize AWS services (IAM, EC2, EKS, RDS, MSK, ElastiCache, Route53) focusing on security, cost, and reliability.
• Deploy and operate Kubernetes workloads on Amazon EKS using Helm, Kustomize, and Karpenter.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, Graylog, and OpsGenie.
• Support database platforms (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redshift) ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
• Enforce edge and application security with Cloudflare and manage secrets and IAM governance.
• Investigate incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and participate in on‑call rotation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and maintain technical documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps or cloud engineering experience.
• Strong background in AWS and container orchestration.
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and set technical standards.
