Senior ERPNext/Frappe Solution Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior ERPNext/Frappe Solution Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of ERPNext across our organisation. You will act as the bridge between business needs and technology, turning policies and workflows into scalable ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end ERPNext implementation, configuration and enhancement projects.
• Analyse business processes and translate requirements into ERP workflows, controls and reports.
• Configure core ERPNext modules such as Finance, HR, Payroll, CRM, Procurement, Inventory, Projects and Assets.
• Design and implement custom workflows, approval processes, roles, permissions, dashboards and analytics.
• Develop custom applications and extensions using the Frappe Framework.
• Build and maintain integrations with third‑party systems via REST APIs.
• Conduct user training sessions, workshops and requirements‑gathering meetings.
• Ensure system governance, compliance and standardised processes across departments.
• Serve as the internal subject‑matter expert for ERPNext and Frappe.

Required profile

• 5+ years of ERP implementation experience, with at least 3 years hands‑on ERPNext/Frappe.
• Strong background in business process mapping, workflow automation and ERP governance.
• Proven stakeholder management, documentation and communication abilities.
• Preferred ERPNext/Frappe certifications and experience deploying solutions across multiple GCC/Levant countries.
