Senior Finance Analyst – Fast‑Growing Global Accommodation

About the role

The Flex is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to own and improve financial reporting, controls and analysis as the company scales internationally. You will work directly with founders, senior leadership and cross‑functional teams to provide clear insight into revenue, costs and profitability across properties worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day financial reporting and ensure all figures presented to management are accurate and fully supported.
• Identify manual, repetitive finance processes and partner with engineering to design automated workflows.
• Reconcile payments from Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, direct bookings and other channels, ensuring timely and accurate receipt.
• Reconcile bank accounts, track accounts payable/receivable, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Manage statutory filings and corporate compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with external accountants, tax advisers, auditors and banking partners.
• Build dashboards and reporting systems that give real‑time visibility into performance.
• Analyse financial performance by property, city, country and business unit.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts and financial models.
• Monitor cash flow, plan future capital requirements and identify financial risks.
• Support due‑diligence for acquisitions, investments and new market launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience in finance analysis, reporting and budgeting within a fast‑growing environment.
• Ability to work closely with founders, senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on improving profitability and operational efficiency.
• Experience managing statutory filings and corporate compliance across jurisdictions.
• Comfortable handling large data sets and building financial models.
