Senior Financial Controller

About the role

The Senior Financial Controller leads cost control, financial governance and strategic analysis within the FP&A department, driving cost efficiency and ensuring compliance with internal policies while providing high‑quality analytical support for management decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cost control framework, develop allocation models and identify efficiency opportunities.
• Establish and maintain internal controls across accounting, reporting and operational processes, monitor capital expenditures.
• Provide financial input and cost analysis for new initiatives, partner with procurement and operations to promote cost efficiency.
• Lead preparation and review of IFRS financial statements, ensure consolidation, disclosures and audit readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CMA, CPA or FMVA preferred.
• 4–6 years progressive experience in financial controlling, cost management or FP&A, including experience in a publicly listed company and preferably Big 4 audit background.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and internal control over financial reporting (ICFR/ICOFR).
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
