Senior Flutter Developer

About the role

You will build the customer‑facing ordering apps that thousands of restaurants across the region present to their guests. The white‑label Flutter codebase supports many brands on devices ranging from flagship iPhones to low‑end Android phones on patchy networks.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship features in a large production Flutter codebase used daily by real customers.
• Own architecture decisions in your area, including state management, modularization, and data‑layer integration.
• Collaborate with backend engineers on API contracts and with product/design on feature prioritization.
• Maintain high quality through code reviews, automated tests, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor post‑release metrics (crash rates, performance, funnel drop‑off) and act on the data.
• Handle complex consumer‑app aspects such as payments, deep links, push notifications, offline behavior, and app‑store releases.
• Mentor mid‑level engineers and raise the team’s engineering standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years building and shipping mobile applications, with at least 3 years focused on Flutter/Dart in production.
• Strong grasp of Flutter internals (widget lifecycle, rendering, rebuild behavior) and ability to diagnose jank.
• Experience delivering apps to the App Store and Google Play, understanding common pitfalls.
