Senior Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure enterprise applications. The role combines hands‑on development with architectural leadership, mentoring of junior engineers, and the ability to translate business needs into end‑to‑end technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and document end‑to‑end software architecture using microservices.NET, front‑end frameworks, APIs, databases, cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
• Lead the development of complex backend services with .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework and SQL Server.
• Define service boundaries, API contracts, authentication, authorization and integration patterns.
• Guide front‑end development with modern frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js, Blazor) and ensure responsive, user‑friendly interfaces.
• Mentor junior team members, conduct code reviews and promote best engineering practices.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, security and maintainability.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in full‑stack development and microservices architecture.
• Strong hands‑on expertise in both backend and front‑end technologies.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, produce design documentation and mentor teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a focus on delivering high‑quality, production‑ready software.
