Senior Full Stack Engineer (Java + React)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer who will own the product from development through deployment. The role blends deep technical expertise with a strong business mindset, allowing you to shape architecture, drive performance, and influence product strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java backend services using Spring Boot.
• Create secure, high‑performance REST APIs.
• Build and sustain modern React applications with TypeScript.
• Define system architecture and participate in technical decision‑making.
• Deploy and manage Dockerized applications on AWS EC2.
• Configure Nginx reverse proxies and maintain production environments.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of applications.
• Design and tune PostgreSQL databases.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long‑term solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and contribute to product planning.
• Review code, mentor teammates, and promote engineering best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong production background with Java, Spring Boot, and React.
• Proven ability to design scalable web applications and distributed systems.
• Experience deploying Dockerized applications and managing AWS infrastructure.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the capacity to work with minimal supervision.
