Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. As a Senior Full‑Stack Product Engineer you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of customer‑facing features, automation engines and AI‑powered workflows that help property managers scale their businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with property managers and internal teams to understand workflows, identify friction points and define valuable product solutions.
• Design, develop, test and deploy full‑stack features using Python, FastAPI, React and TypeScript.
• Build event‑driven automation pipelines that synchronize reservations, trigger cleaning, send guest communications and generate owner reports.
• Integrate with external platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio and OpenAI, exposing reliable APIs for partners.
• Monitor performance, gather user feedback and iterate to improve adoption, reliability and scalability.

Required profile

• Strong experience shipping production software across both frontend and backend.
• Product mindset with curiosity about user needs and willingness to work closely with designers, founders and customers.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into practical, maintainable solutions.
• Self‑driven attitude, comfortable owning outcomes and delivering results remotely.
