Senior Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our Developer Experience (DevX) team. You will bridge development, testing and operations, ensuring our communication platform runs reliably at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and improve CI and CD pipelines for our products.
• Configure functional and technical integration areas, including web services, transport protocols and integration maps.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting infrastructure and system operations.
• Maintain high availability of messaging, voice and email gateways 24/7/365, including incident analysis and remediation.
• Write and deploy automation scripts across environments.
• Manage server configurations, monitoring jobs and documentation in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Collaborate daily with offshore teams and partner networks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of recent hands‑on experience in a Professional Services or Enterprise DevOps role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or a related IT field.
• Strong ability to work closely with offshore teams on a daily basis.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform.
• Containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Configuration management with Ansible.
• Programming/scripting in Python.
• Logging and monitoring using the Elastic Stack.
• CI/CD tools such as DroneCI and Argo CD.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and network protocols/standards.
