Senior Interior Designer

About the role

Egis is seeking a Senior Interior Designer with over 10 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a senior capacity. The role involves leading interior design projects for commercial, corporate, hospitality and mixed‑use developments from concept through construction documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day execution of interior design projects in line with the authorized budget and approved design proposals.
• Develop interior concepts, mood boards, material sample boards and FF&E schedules.
• Produce detailed construction drawings and coordinate integration of structural and MEP services.
• Lead and coordinate the interior design team, liaising with the client’s project manager, consultants and contractors.
• Report to the Head of Department and obtain approval before any action that could exceed the project scope.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of interior design experience, with at least 4 years as a Senior Interior Designer.
• Proven ability to manage design teams and deliver projects across various building types.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to translate client briefs into functional interiors.
