Senior IT Auditor

About the role

As a senior member of the Internal Audit team at Network International, you will lead and execute technology audits across Jordan and the wider Middle East region. You will work closely with the Group Head of Technology Audit to identify risks, assess controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory and best‑practice standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, scope, and conduct risk‑based technology audits covering IT governance, infrastructure, network security, cloud environments, and application controls.
• Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls such as change management, incident management, access management, disaster recovery, and data governance.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and follow‑up actions using defined templates.
• Track remediation of previously identified issues and perform follow‑up audits to verify implementation.
• Support senior management and audit committees with ad‑hoc reporting and presentation materials.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and audit teams to gather information and provide improvement insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or information‑security auditing, preferably within fintech, payments, or banking.
• Experience with a Big 4 audit firm is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are preferred.
