Senior Marketer

About the role

The Senior Marketer will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients at ExtraJordinary, a creative and strategy agency based in Amman. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on aligning campaigns with business objectives, strengthening brand positioning, and delivering measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns across digital and traditional media.
• Conduct market and audience research to inform brand and messaging frameworks.
• Coordinate with designers, writers, producers and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive creative assets.
• Present strategies, performance insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Mentor junior marketers and contribute to new‑business proposals.
• Help shape agency best practices and innovative service offerings.

Required profile

• Proven strategic marketing experience, preferably in an agency or high‑growth environment.
• Senior or lead‑level role experience with a track record of successful campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; advanced digital certifications are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Collaborative mindset, comfortable presenting to clients and leadership.
