Senior Marketer

About the role

ExtraJordinary is seeking a Senior Marketer to lead integrated marketing strategies for a diverse client portfolio. Based in Amman, the role combines strategic planning, creative execution, and data‑driven optimisation across digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with client business objectives and brand positioning.
• Design, launch, and optimise campaigns across social media, email, performance marketing and other digital channels, as well as traditional media.
• Conduct market and audience research to inform brand messaging frameworks and editorial calendars.
• Collaborate with designers, writers, producers and external partners to create compelling multimedia content.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate analytical reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
• Present strategies, results and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to new‑business proposals and agency best‑practice development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior or lead marketing role within an agency or high‑growth environment.
• Strong strategic marketing background, including brand positioning and go‑to‑market planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; advanced digital certifications a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, timelines and budgets across multiple stakeholders.
