Senior Marketing Executive – Hands‑on | Brand, Content & Performance

About the role

We’re looking for a hands‑on Senior Marketing Executive who can think strategically, create confidently, and execute independently. This role is not limited to coordination; the candidate will own the full marketing process from idea through execution, measurement and improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with Almond’s brand and business objectives.
• Take ownership of brand identity, tone of voice, and overall brand presence.
• Plan and create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
• Manage and optimise Meta and digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance and measurable results.
• Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, reach, conversion and ROI.
• Coordinate photo/video shoots while staying personally involved in the creative process.
• Use AI tools for research, ideation, content development, creative production, analysis and optimisation.
• Prepare monthly marketing plans and performance reports and follow projects from idea to launch to results.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of practical marketing experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle, retail or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of branding, content, social media and performance marketing.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and digital campaigns.
• Comfortable using modern AI marketing and content tools.
• Ability to work independently, make sound decisions and support traffic, sales and brand growth.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills; portfolio or campaign examples highly preferred.
