Senior Marketing Officer

About the role

The Senior Marketing Officer at DigiZag will bridge marketing execution with partnership growth, ensuring campaigns align with business objectives and drive performance across all channels. This role also supports client onboarding and nurtures partner relationships to unlock new growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution and optimisation of multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency and coordinate content creation for social media and digital platforms.
• Support the onboarding of new clients and partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Monitor partner performance, identify upselling opportunities and collaborate on influencer activations.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign metrics, providing actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Stay current on marketing trends, tools and AI advancements, proposing innovative ideas to improve engagement.
• Perform additional tasks that support DigiZag’s partnership and campaign objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, partnerships, account coordination or a similar role.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital campaigns and performance marketing is preferred.
