Senior .NET Developer

About the role

Labiba is looking for a Senior .NET Developer to design and implement scalable, cross‑platform architectures for next‑generation AI and real‑time communication projects. You will work with a passionate team to build high‑performance services that power innovative products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop custom .NET middleware, Web APIs, and asynchronous background services.
• Implement real‑time communication features using WebRTC, LiveKit, and SignalR.
• Integrate AI infrastructure components such as RAG frameworks, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Build and maintain event‑driven architectures with RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance across microservices deployed on Microsoft Azure.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional product and engineering teams and mentor junior developers.

Required profile

• 4+ years of professional experience in the .NET ecosystem (C#.NET Framework.NET Core, ASP.NET Core MVC, Entity Framework/EF Core).
• Strong understanding of clean code principles, design patterns, and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to conduct code reviews and guide less‑experienced team members.
• Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills.
