Senior Network Officer

About the role

MedNet Jordan is seeking a Senior Network Officer to lead the expansion and optimization of its medical provider network. The role operates on a hybrid working model and focuses on delivering cost‑effective, high‑quality healthcare services through strategic provider relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Expand network access geographically and across service specialties, introducing innovative access models.
• Train healthcare providers on product offerings to meet managed care objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
• Communicate network modules to internal and external stakeholders in a clear, structured manner.
• Maintain and review internal benchmarks, ensuring network competitiveness and alignment with business needs.
• Lead provider credentialing, tariff negotiations, and contract (re)negotiations following corporate guidelines.
• Handle provider requests for tariff revisions and evaluate reconciliation submissions.
• Conduct trainings and orientation programs for providers and new staff members.
• Maintain strong relationships with providers, manage their requests, and ensure network information is accessible to end‑users.
• Support performance monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Liaise with operational departments to ensure seamless information flow and adherence to network policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in healthcare provider network management, credentialing, and contract negotiations.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess benchmarks, performance data, and tariff structures.
• Excellent communication skills for training, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively across internal departments and external partners.
