Senior Operations Manager - Subscription Operations

About the role

The King Hussein Cancer Foundation (KHCF) is hiring a Senior Operations Manager for its Cancer Care Insurance Department. The Senior Manager leads complex, high-volume corporate and individual subscription operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, compliance and service quality. Reporting to the Unit Head, the role calls for strong ownership, independent judgment, effective delegation and cross-functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee team performance and operational workflows
• Handle system-related challenges and audit follow-ups
• Drive process improvements and ensure timely delivery
• Ensure adherence to KHCF policies and procedures

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Management, Public Health, Economics, Pharmacy, Nursing or a related field
• 12 years of progressively responsible experience in health insurance, social protection, healthcare program operations or similar fields
• Analytical, proactive and resilient leader able to multitask, manage competing priorities and make sound decisions under pressure
