Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Chain Reaction is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid social, programmatic and Google Ads initiatives for top regional brands.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok & Snapchat.
• Own top‑of‑funnel strategy across platforms, track brand lift and reach quality.
• Plan and execute reservation buys (Reach & Frequency, TikTok & Snapchat reservation, YouTube reserved inventory), including delivery pacing and frequency management.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, YouTube & Demand Gen).
• Set up and run programmatic campaigns in DV360 (or equivalent DSPs), including audience strategy, line item structure, PMPs, brand safety and pacing.
• Monitor daily performance, identify trends and act on insights to improve KPIs.
• Prepare client‑ready reports, performance reviews and optimization recommendations.
• Manage budgets, flights and pacing across platforms.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in paid media or performance marketing, ideally in an agency.
• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns.
• Strong understanding of top‑of‑funnel strategy and its role in the full funnel.
• Working knowledge of reservation buying versus auction buying.
• Solid experience with Google Ads, including Search and YouTube.
• Experience with DV360 or other programmatic platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel / Google Sheets and reporting tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with ability to present to stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
