Senior Process Specialist

About the role

EFS Facilities Services is seeking a proactive Senior Process Specialist to lead procurement operations. The role ensures timely availability of materials, equipment, and services for business and project needs while driving efficiency, cost optimisation and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchase requisitions and process purchase orders according to company procedures.
• Obtain, evaluate and compare supplier quotations (RFQs) and recommend cost‑effective solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to guarantee on‑time delivery and track order status.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation, supplier records, contracts and purchase history.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules and commercial terms while upholding quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and provide timely support.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve quality or delivery issues, and prepare procurement reports.
• Support spend analysis, cost‑optimisation initiatives and ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of procurement experience, preferably in operations, facilities management, waste management, logistics or industrial services.
• Strong coordination, commercial acumen and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Independent work style in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement or related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP systems
