Senior Product Analyst – Fintech & Digital Solutions

About the role

The Senior Product Analyst will drive the design, testing and implementation of fintech and digital banking solutions for Arab Bank. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical products that enhance customer experience and meet regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, IT, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure product requirements align with regulatory and operational goals.
• Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to continuously optimize digital accounts, virtual IBAN and other consumer solutions.
• Contribute to the product roadmap for Arab Bank, BAAS and Open Banking initiatives, identifying opportunities and supporting execution.
• Lead requirements gathering and support delivery of AI‑enhanced digital solutions, focusing on efficiency and innovation.
• Advocate for reusable, modular architectures by promoting API‑first and service‑oriented approaches across projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of product analysis or product management experience in fintech or banking.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage product lifecycles and drive strategic initiatives.
• Familiarity with digital payments regulations and compliance requirements.
