Senior Product Designer (6‑month contract)

About the role

Insense is looking for a Senior Product Designer to maintain momentum on its roadmap while the Lead Product Designer is on sabbatical. This is a hands‑on, individual‑contributor position focused on end‑to‑end feature ownership for a remote‑first B2B SaaS platform serving brands and creators.

Key responsibilities

• Redesign core product workflows, starting with the chat experience.
• Build reporting and measurement interfaces using Meta and TikTok Ads data.
• Design interaction patterns for upcoming AI‑assisted and agentic features.
• Own design from discovery through high‑fidelity mockups and production‑ready specifications.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and two other product designers in an async environment.
• Maintain and evolve the existing design system.
• Conduct lightweight usability testing and incorporate feedback.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably on complex B2B SaaS products.
• Portfolio that showcases workflow‑heavy designs rather than marketing sites.
• Experience working within an established design system.
• Strong interaction and visual design capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a distributed team and communicate clearly in writing.

Required skills

• Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping.
