Senior Product Designer

About the role

Equiti is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its Product team in Amman. You will shape intuitive, high‑impact fintech experiences for traders and investors across web and mobile platforms, helping the company deliver accessible wealth‑building tools worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate user needs into engaging platform experiences.
• Design wireframes, mock‑ups, prototypes, and user flows for mobile, tablet, and desktop interfaces.
• Create and maintain design systems and component libraries to ensure visual consistency.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to validate concepts.
• Partner with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design intent.
• Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility across all product initiatives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, delivering design solutions aligned with development timelines.
• Own UX design for Cash Equities and User Incentives, ensuring cohesive, user‑centered experiences.

Required profile

• 6+ years of UX/UI or product design experience, preferably in fintech, trading, or complex digital platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered design thinking and impactful product outcomes.
• Deep understanding of design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to hierarchy, typography, and brand alignment.
• Data‑informed mindset, using research and analytics to guide design decisions.
• Effective communicator able to defend design rationale and lead collaborative sessions.
• Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, evolving environments; Arabic language skills are a plus.
