Senior Product Manager – Seller Success Automation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Transformation Manager to lead AI‑driven automation initiatives for our new seller success organization. You will partner with Sales, Product, Technology and Analytics to design, pilot and scale solutions that boost revenue, improve customer outcomes and increase operational efficiency across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a transformation roadmap aligned with growth objectives, focusing on AI‑first and automation opportunities.
• Map, assess and redesign end‑to‑end seller onboarding and sales processes to eliminate friction.
• Collaborate with global and MENA technology teams to implement CRM enhancements, sales automation tools and AI‑powered workflows.
• Build performance measurement frameworks, dashboards and scorecards to track funnel metrics, productivity and customer insights.
• Lead cross‑functional change‑management activities, including communication, training and adoption plans.
• Manage multiple transformation programs simultaneously, defining milestones, risks and resource requirements.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in business transformation, AI initiatives and program management.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data‑driven insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across sales, product, technology and analytics functions.
• Experience scaling solutions across diverse markets such as UAE, KSA, Egypt, Turkey and South Africa.
