Senior Programme Management Consultant (Archives, Digitization, and Research)

About the role
The Senior Programme Management Consultant will support the Relief and Social Service Department (RSSD) in advancing its digital archive initiative. Reporting to the Director of RSSD, the consultant will provide advisory, coordination, planning, monitoring, and reporting support to strengthen programme delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee programme implementation, track delivery milestones, and manage risks.
- Review current progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose mitigation actions.
- Coordinate follow‑up activities across project contributors and stakeholders.
- Prepare regular status reports and support management decision‑making.
- Deliver advisory services to improve programme efficiency and outcomes.
Required profile
- Proven experience in programme management, preferably in digital archiving or related research projects.
- Strong analytical skills to assess progress and identify delivery risks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple contributors and senior leadership.
