Senior Project Manager – Design

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary design projects from inception through delivery. You will ensure projects meet scope, quality, schedule, budget, and client expectations while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver complex design projects across architecture, engineering and related disciplines.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budgets, resources, risks and deliverables.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, providing guidance and support.
• Serve as primary interface between clients, consultants, stakeholders and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones and progress reports.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, changes and issues.
• Monitor costs, forecasts and commercial performance throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
• Prepare regular status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in architecture, engineering or design consultancy.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale, multidisciplinary projects, especially in pre‑contract and design phases.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder, program, resource, risk and budget management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
