About the role
UNRWA is seeking two Senior Projects Officers to join its External Relations Services Section. The role is open to internal candidates who are committed to supporting vulnerable communities in the Middle East.
Key responsibilities
- Report directly to the Head of the External Relations Services Section (P4).
- Provide direct and/or technical supervision to professional and general services staff.
- Contribute to the planning, implementation and monitoring of projects within the agency’s external relations portfolio.
Required profile
- Demonstrated commitment to UNRWA’s mission and to serving vulnerable populations.
- Ability to work within a large United Nations operation.
- Willingness to supervise and mentor staff members.
