Senior Proposal Designer – Riyadh

About the role

Maximus is seeking a Senior Proposal Designer to join its commercial function in Riyadh. You will translate complex technical and commercial information into clear, evaluator‑ready visuals that support winning government and enterprise bids.

Key responsibilities

• Design high‑impact proposal and bid materials that meet RFP requirements.
• Convert complex data, processes, and solution architectures into concise visual narratives.
• Support solution teams with operating models, frameworks, and delivery visuals.
• Create reusable assets, templates, and visual standards across multiple bids.
• Collaborate closely with bid managers, subject‑matter experts, and solution leads in fast‑paced environments.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in bid or proposal design within consulting or similar environments.
• Proven ability to structure and simplify complex information.
• Experience supporting high‑value government or enterprise bids.
• Strong visual storytelling and information‑design capability.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
