Senior Relationship Manager - Corporate

About the role
Capital Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to lead and grow its corporate client portfolio. You will be responsible for delivering tailored banking solutions while ensuring compliance with the bank’s policies and risk standards.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively manage and deepen relationships with existing corporate clients.
- Identify and acquire new corporate customers to expand the bank’s market presence.
- Maximise up‑selling and cross‑selling of Capital Bank’s products and services.
- Conduct field visits to understand client needs and uncover business opportunities.
- Review and recommend credit requests, ensuring alignment with credit policies and risk‑return criteria.
- Perform credit analysis and prepare detailed credit reports for approval.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of experience in corporate banking.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
