Senior Risk Management Advisor

About the role

Orange is seeking a Senior Risk Management Advisor to design, implement and continuously improve risk management frameworks across its telecom and mobile financial services businesses. The role ensures protection of financial assets, sensitive data and regulatory compliance while supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and tailor risk management policies, procedures and frameworks to Orange’s business activities and regulatory environment.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for mobile financial services, network operations and IT systems.
• Analyze market trends and complex data to identify emerging risks and opportunities.
• Monitor the effectiveness of mitigation strategies and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, legal and other functions to embed risk considerations into product development and processes.
• Provide expert guidance, training and support to business units on risk‑related matters.
• Prepare and present concise risk reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Lead implementation of risk management tools and promote agile methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Telecom Engineering, Computer Science, Risk Management or Industrial Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of risk management experience, preferably in telecommunications or financial services.
