Senior Sales Consultant – Life Insurance

About the role

Delta Insurance, one of Jordan’s first insurance companies, is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to drive growth of its life insurance portfolio. You will build lasting client relationships, present tailored solutions, and meet monthly sales targets in a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target leads through cold calls, networking, and field meetings to build a robust client base.
• Conduct in‑depth consultations to understand clients’ financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance products.
• Develop strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies, improve the customer experience, and achieve growth.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in life insurance.
• Proven ability to build trust and strong relationships with clients.
• Goal‑oriented and motivated by achieving sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals.
