Senior Sales Developer – South Region

About the role

Orange Jordan is seeking a Senior Sales Developer to lead indirect sales initiatives across the South Region. You will be responsible for expanding the partner network, driving revenue growth, and representing the brand with key channel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue through indirect sales channels.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new indirect sales partners aligned with business objectives.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, providing support, training, and motivation.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of partners and implement corrective action plans.
• Maintain deep understanding of the telecommunications market, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to partners.
• Negotiate mutually beneficial terms and conditions with partners.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to execute sales campaigns and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and data protection regulations.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts for resource planning and inventory management.
• Address and resolve partner issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, partner interactions, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Orange’s values and reputation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or channel management within the telecommunications industry.
