Senior Spring Boot Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Spring Boot Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise‑grade backend applications. The role requires deep expertise in Java and the Spring ecosystem, as well as strong knowledge of security, database design, and containerised deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java 17+ and Spring Boot.
• Build secure REST APIs and business services, implementing authentication and authorization with SSO, OAuth2, OIDC, and JWT.
• Integrate enterprise systems with Microsoft Graph API, email services, and third‑party APIs.
• Design and optimise database schemas and queries for PostgreSQL, MySQL or SQL Server.
• Implement file and object storage solutions using MinIO.
• Containerise applications with Docker and manage deployments in Linux/NGINX environments.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents in collaboration with frontend, DevOps, and business teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional Java development experience.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience with Spring Boot in production environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
