Senior Structural BIM Coordinator

About the role

MAX Consulting Engineers is seeking a Senior Structural BIM Coordinator to lead the delivery and coordination of structural BIM models for concrete and steel projects in Amman. The role combines technical expertise with team leadership to ensure high‑quality BIM outputs and seamless multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structural BIM delivery and coordinate model and drawing deliverables.
• Review and manage Revit Structure models for concrete and steel structures.
• Conduct multidisciplinary clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage.
• Review shop drawings, reinforcement detailing, and construction documentation.
• Perform BIM QA/QC, model reviews, and issue tracking.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical issues.
• Manage BIM workflows through Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and cloud‑based collaboration.
• Mentor BIM modelers and support efficient BIM processes.
• Support BIM automation using Dynamo, Python, pyRevit, or the Revit API.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in structural BIM, detailing, and coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit Structure and Navisworks Manage.
• Strong knowledge of concrete and steel structural systems, shop drawings, and constructability.
• Experience with BIM coordination, QA/QC, ACC/CDE workflows, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and team‑leadership abilities.
