Senior Supply Chain Associate – Gaza Response

About the role

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Associate to support its Gaza Response operations from the Amman office. The role involves managing procurement and logistics activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services, and coordinating with national and international partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement processes, including reviewing purchase requests, organizing bidding, and monitoring purchase orders through delivery and payment.
• Assist supervisors with complex, high‑value purchases and develop procurement plans to maximize purchasing power.
• Participate in negotiations of terms and conditions and resolve delivery issues.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field with at least four years of relevant experience, or high school diploma with six years of experience.
• Experience in procurement, logistics, asset management and working with service providers or vendors.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (oral and written) and ability to prepare clear reports.
