Senior System Administrator

About the role

NourNet, a leading technology and cybersecurity solutions provider, is looking for a Senior System Administrator to join its Amman team. You will be responsible for administering, maintaining, and optimizing Microsoft infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise collaboration services to ensure secure and high‑performing IT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Windows Server infrastructure.
• Manage Microsoft Azure services, cloud resources, and hybrid cloud deployments.
• Administer Microsoft 365/Office 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and tenant licensing.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and support Exchange Server/Online and hybrid email environments.
• Maintain secure Email Gateway solutions.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and identity services.
• Implement and manage Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Plan and execute cloud migration projects.
• Monitor performance, availability, and security; apply system hardening, patch management, backup, and disaster‑recovery practices.
• Document configurations, procedures, and technical processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience managing Exchange Server/Online and Email Gateway solutions.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with Intune, MDM, and cloud‑migration/hybrid projects.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure, 365, Windows Server) preferred.
