Senior Total Rewards & Career Architecture Specialist

About the role

DCP is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead the design, governance, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, and career architecture frameworks across the group. The role ensures employee performance and progression translate into fair, competitive, and well‑governed reward outcomes aligned with market benchmarks and business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage salary structures, grading frameworks, and benchmarking activities (Mercer‑aligned) and perform compensation analyses and cost modelling for salary review cycles.
• Design and review incentive and benefits programmes, linking performance outcomes to promotions and salary adjustments.
• Maintain and update career architecture, job families, and grade structures, supporting role evaluation and grade alignment across functions.
• Monitor internal equity, flag inconsistencies, and prepare reports and analyses for HR leadership decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR Strategy roles.
• Strong experience with Mercer or similar job evaluation and benchmarking frameworks.
• Advanced analytical skills and proven ability to build cost models and reward scenarios.
• Experience working in multi‑country or regional environments is an advantage.
