Senior Treasury Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to manage daily treasury operations for Hikma Pharmaceuticals in Amman, Jordan. The role focuses on cash positioning, payment processing, and liquidity monitoring to support the company’s financial stability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, payment processing, bank reconciliations, and transaction monitoring.
• Prepare, review, and execute domestic and international payments across multiple banking platforms, ensuring timely settlement and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor cash balances, forecast short‑term liquidity, and support liquidity planning.
• Investigate and resolve payment issues such as rejected transactions, returned payments, bank charges, and discrepancies.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions to support payment operations.
• Oversee vendor payment processes, including check issuance and electronic payments.
• Perform reconciliations, analyze outstanding items, and resolve unapplied cash transactions.
• Support month‑end closing activities related to treasury accounts and cash reporting.
• Analyze treasury data and prepare reports on cash flow, payments, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable, Accounting, Procurement, Tax, and other stakeholders to resolve payment and invoice issues.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, treasury policies, banking regulations, and corporate governance.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

• Experience in treasury operations, cash management, and payment processing.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
