Senior Video Editor

About the role

ThinkBIG Creative and Marketing is looking for a Senior Video Editor to join its creative team in Amman. You will transform raw footage and concepts into engaging, high‑quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, and branded storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and produce videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and branded projects.
• Handle color correction, grading, pacing, sound design, and final exports.
• Create and integrate motion graphics, titles, lower‑thirds, and other visual elements.
• Adapt video assets for various platforms and formats.
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, copywriters, and account managers.
• Utilise AI‑powered video tools to enhance production and workflow.
• Manage media assets and ensure timely delivery of all video requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional video editing or production experience.
• Strong visual storytelling sense with attention to timing, pacing, and sound.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital campaigns.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Agency or production house background preferred.
• Portfolio or showreel required.
