SEO Manager

About the role

The SEO Manager will lead the execution, optimisation and strategic oversight of SEO initiatives for clients across the MENA region. This hands‑on role combines deep technical SEO expertise with client leadership and team management to drive measurable organic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and optimise SEO strategies for multiple client accounts and industries.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, including technical analysis, keyword research and competitive benchmarking.
• Oversee on‑page and technical SEO – metadata, internal linking, site speed, crawlability and indexation.
• Manage off‑page SEO and link‑building programmes to improve authority and rankings.
• Analyse performance data, produce regular reports and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Serve as the primary client contact for SEO matters, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
• Collaborate with content, paid media, development and account teams to deliver integrated marketing strategies.
• Mentor junior SEO team members and stay up‑to‑date with algorithm updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an SEO Manager or in a senior SEO role within an agency.
• Strong track record of developing and executing SEO strategies across diverse industries.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and performance‑optimisation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent English with strong client‑facing and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field.
