Service Delivery Coordinator – Exams (B2O)

About the role

The Service Delivery Coordinator will oversee the operational activities required to deliver high‑quality exam services to Business‑to‑Organisation (B2O) clients. Working closely with Account Support, Delivery, Planning, Finance and other operational teams, the role ensures accurate, efficient and compliant exam delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate registration, scheduling, pre‑test, test‑day and post‑test processes, ensuring venue readiness, materials, workforce and special arrangements.
• Monitor workflow completion, manage exceptions, and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with exam security, safeguarding standards, data protection legislation and awarding‑body regulations.
• Support financial administration including invoicing, credit notes, payment tracking and debt management.
• Provide operational updates, manage escalations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating secure, regulated service delivery such as exams, logistics or events.
• Strong understanding of compliance, safeguarding or screening requirements.
• Proven process management and organisational skills with ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience supervising staff or contractors.
