About the role

We are seeking a passionate Short-Term Rental Property Manager to oversee our expanding portfolio of vacation rentals. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while optimizing property performance across major booking platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of properties on Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other channels.
• Handle guest communications from inquiry through checkout and post-stay reviews.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and turnover activities between bookings.
• Optimize listings, pricing strategies and occupancy rates using data-driven tools.
• Monitor property performance, generate reports and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in short-term rental or property management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
